His consistently impressive results for clients are founded on proven expertise in his chosen specialties:  elder law and private client advisory.

Danny's philosophy is to guide clients and deliver effective, practical solutions made to measure for each client's transaction, issue or problem.

"The better solution to the problem isn't always a lengthy fight or court case. Firstly I always look for alternatives to court. Unfortunately, in some situations, there isn't one. However, even in those, there are ways to run a Court case that are effective and practical in order to reduce unnecessary loss of time and expense".

Danny’s success for his clients and reputation is built on always striving for the best outcome for each client.

"I wanted to operate a legal firm that focused on solutions and practical assistance - advising people how they could solve a problem or achieve the result they wanted, not telling them why they couldn't.”
