Daniel is Bricknell Legal’s newest solicitor. He practises primarily in Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates and general litigation. His particular interests include advocacy and Court work.
Daniel was admitted to practise in 2015. He is involved in the NSW Young Lawyers and is a member of the North Metropolitan Law Society committee.
Daniel believes that anybody who goes to Court is better off with legal representation. He understands that for most people, the legal system can be complicated, intimidating, and hard to understand. Daniel always takes the time to ensure not only that his client’s point of view is expressed in Court, but that his clients understand what is happening each step of the way.
“No matter what your situation is, or what you’ve been accused of, you deserve for your side of the story to be heard”.
One of Daniel’s greatest strengths is that he will always listen to what you have to say. Where some lawyers might act like they’ve heard it all before, he always makes a point to understand all aspects of what his clients tell him – including those that may not be relevant to the strict legal problems. He’s always alert to the possibility of non-legal solutions to his clients’ problems, and where a solution can be found that avoids the stress and expense of a lengthy Court case, he will always recommend it.
